Through my practice at The Center at Heron Hill, I offer 1-1 in-person and virtual outpatient therapy and group therapy. I take Oregon Health Plan (OHP) insurance and individual sessions are 50 minutes. Group work is more sporadic. Past groups have included Belonging and Becoming: Teen Art Therapy Group and Queer Kin, a queer community processing group.

Wild Heart is a community Ecological Grief and Anxiety Circle for those looking to support one another and the Earth as we navigate the spiritual and emotional effects of climate catastrophe. In this Circle, we will be led by writers, healers, artists, and thinkers such as Pinar Sinopoulos-Lloyd, Martín Prechtel, Malidoma Somé, Joanna Macy, and Francis Weller, among others. Drawing from Western psychotherapy, Eastern philosophy, and respecting Indigenous wisdom, this Circle seeks to provide a space for a deeper understanding of our relationship to the land and our hearts, toward personal and collective healing. We open group with an exercise (guided meditation, journaling, movement, etc.) before an open sharing period in the style of a talking circle. Group closes with a closing quote, poem, or grounding exercise.
